I recently completed these two paintings. They came to me rather quickly so I’m not quite sure how I feel about them. I hate when paintings come to me quickly because it leaves me uncertain about their completion. I completed the brighter of the two first and for whatever reason when I started the second one the same application process stuck with me. This is why I called them a series. They probably should hang together.
